We recently completed a major refurbishment project for Davies Turner in Manchester.
Our team removed the existing roof structure and replaced it with a new, durable roof system using high-quality materials.
In addition to the roof replacement, we relined all the existing gutters to ensure optimal water drainage and prevent future leaks. We also replaced the ridge flashings and all existing fixings to guarantee the integrity of the roof.
Finally, we applied new warranties to the entire roof, offering our client peace of mind and long-term protection.

DC10, DIRFT

Location: Daventry, Northampton
UKWS was appointed to carry out significant refurbishment and upgrade project at DC10, a key distribution facility at DIRFT, on behalf of a major UK retailer.
The client required both essential safety improvements and structural enhancements to better support the wellbeing of their growing workforce.
We designed and constructed nine new fire escape staircases. Each was carefully integrated into the existing structure, ensuring full functionality while maintaining operational continuity throughout the busy distribution schedule.
A key feature on this project was the addition of a large extension specifically designed as a staff wellness area complete with an external balcony. This space offers employees a place to step away, recharge and prioritise mental wellbeing reflecting the clients commitment to creating a positive work environment.
