Unit 2 Haydock Green – 350,000 sqft

Working once again with regular client Barnfield Construction Ltd based in Nelson, Lancashire we were appointed to carry out the roofing and cladding envelope package on a new 373,000 sqft facility at Haydock Green in St Helens.

Haydock Green is a £62 million industrial scheme totaling 500,000 sqt on a 27-acre site close to junction 23 of the M6 motor and East Lance Road.

Unit 2 is the first unit to be built and leading pharmaceutical and healthcare firm, Movianto have agreed to a 15-year lease and will create at least 200 new jobs for the local area.

Working closely with Barnfield , the design team and our supply chain we designed and installed over 35,000m2 of Kingspan KS1000 RW composite roofing, 15,000m2 of Kingspan KS1000 MR composite wall cladding in a range of colours and roof access systems.

Our works were delivered ahead of schedule in a 14 week on-site period.
