Ivanhoe Business Park, Ashby

Working with Roe Developments and Clowes Developments over several phases we completed the cladding and associated works including siphonic drainage and internal firemaster wall panels to 13 individual buildings at Ivanhoe Business Park in Ashby.

Buildings ranged from 70,000 sqft warehouses to 10,000 sqft offices, we carried out a range of works including :

– TATA twin-skin roof and wall cladding

– Kingspan KS1000 RW and KS1000 MR cladding

-Trespa Meteon rainsceen cladding

-Aluminium feature cladding

-Brick slip rainscreen cladding

-Siphonic drainage works

-Eurobond Internal Firemaster panels
