Due to our controlled growth, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Trainee Site Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will assist the Site Manager in the day to day management of projects; to meet customer specification, programme and budget. You will maintain a high profile for health & safety, quality and environmental concerns, promoting a genuine safety culture on site by ensuring the compliance of UKWS staff and all sub-contracted construction staff working for the company.

You will be a valued member of the team and receive high quality mentoring from experienced colleagues whilst pursuing academic qualifications. We are prepared to invest our time, experience and offer continued employment.

This Apprenticeship is an exciting opportunity to understand, appreciate and begin your career in a technical construction role within a company which is forward thinking and progressive.
