Working with Buckingham Group Contracting Ltd, we have been appointed the roofing and cladding works at Panattoni Park, Borehamwood.
Panattoni, the world’s largest privately owned industrial developer and the UK’s largest speculative developer are constructing over 300,000 sq ft at Borehamwood. Borehamwood is both the perfect location for an urban logistics occupier serving London and an excellent base for a national logistics operation requiring access to the South East.
Unit 1 is currently on site and is already pre-let to UK Power Networks, Unit 3 & 4 are due to start in July and are being built on a speculative basis.
We are installing CA Chronus roof and wall systems, using a mix of different profiles in accordance with the usual Panattoni standards.
