The development of plot 6 at the Worcester 6 Business Park will deliver a 51,479 sq ft unit. Developed by Stoford , we shall be working with Benniman Ltd to help deliver this new facility.
The new site is to become a highly energy-efficient, cutting-edge data centre totalling 38,501 sq ft for IONOS and its subsidiary brand Fasthosts for UK and overseas customers. The development will also include 12,978 sq ft of ancillary offices.
UKWS are responsible for the design and install of the roofing and cladding envelope, using CA Twintherm, TATA composite wall panels and single ply roofing.
